Gold Crest Holdings serves as the parent entity for our family's investment activities. We are a private holding company, not a fund or investment manager. We hold long-term ownership interests in operating businesses and intend to invest in multifamily and mixed-use housing in Tier 2 and Tier 3 university markets over time.
We believe in disciplined underwriting, conservative leverage, and patient capital. Each real estate investment we pursue will be held in its own single-purpose entity, with Gold Crest holding the equity position.
